How to join the Karrah Creek family
We are committed to ensuring all Karrah Creek puppies are matched perfectly with their forever families and undertake extensive health and temperament assessments from when our puppies are born right up to the matching & allocating of puppies to families at 6 weeks of age.

Adding a new family member is a big decision and we are here to support you through the process and to ensure your new puppy has been selected specifically to best match your lifestyle, needs and circumstances.

Apply to join the waitlist
Complete the online application to be added to the puppy waitlist. We'll follow up with a phone discussion to assess potential suitable options.
We'll let you know of upcoming and confirmed litters and ask for requests to join the litter shortlist.

Join shortlist & pay deposit
We'll assess the shortlist and confirm suitable applicants for an upcoming litter, including taking a deposit to confrim your allocation.

Puppies arrive!
Weekly photo, video & milesonte updates are a highlight, along with organising visits & home dates. Assessment of personalities & temperaments to inform upcoming allocations.
Vet checks and structured temperament assessments inform puppy matching & allocation to families. Puppy contract & final invoice payable and puppy meet visits confirmed.

The big day has arrived! Pick up or puppy transport including puppy pack of toys, treats etc, health & registration info, schedule of next steps & invite to closed puppy owners group.
